These classes will get you ripped! Xtreme Transformation program is a non-stop intense workout that is designed to sculpt and shred your body with the perfect mix of cardio and weights in 12 weeks. We use kettle bell weights to targets all major muscle groups including your arms, back, shoulders, stomach and legs.
We combine the kettle bell classes with Cardio bag classes which gives youan insane hour of punches, kicks and knees against a heavy bag supported by the motivation of our Xtreme Fit trainers. Not only will you learn incredible technique on how to throw that perfect hook or low kick, you’ll also burn a ton of calories and sculpt your entire body.
Our Xtreme Transformation membership package is designed for those looking to get into the best shape of their lives in a short span of time. You will leave each of these classes soaking wet, tired and ready for the next one in an army bootcamp style. Classes are available 6 days a week in mornings and afternoons/evenings.
